The Elopement Venue

The Madonna Inn is positioned in San Luis Obispo alongside the central coast, about midway in between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Every of the 110 visitor rooms is adorned with a special daring theme, from jungle rock to sugar and spice to merry — the glittering suite featured right here! The Street Journey

Christina says, This epic street journey elopement to The Madonna Inn was a dream come true. No thought was too massive, no element too small for this editorial I created alongside Smith + James Events. From a dreamy journey in a creamy white 1971 Corvette Stingray convertible (together with my favourite element, a keychain created by Idea Emporium and Amber Moon Design) to a customized powdered sugar stencicled pancake breakfast (specifically made by the identical designers) on the Madonna Inn restaurant, to the oceanside ceremony at Grover Seaside, and their intimate dinner reception on the Inn’s Hearts and Flowers room, each a part of this present day was an thrilling journey.

Marriage ceremony Trend

This imaginative and prescient got here to life with the assistance of hair and make-up artist Skyla Arts and trend stylist Gabrielle Hurwitz. For look one, Gabrielle paired a Sophie et Voila jumpsuit with Reiss earring from Jennifer Behr, whereas Ben wore a casual suit from The Black Tux.

She included a candlelit walkway surrounded by alyssum and a lily of the valley and candy pea floral centerpiece. Tory Smith designed our desk for 2, which was pattern-on-pattern perfection with floral placemats and customized silk ribbons printed with Sadie and Ben’s names. As a nod to the basic film scene — and since being slightly further felt good — the couple ended the night with a “Girl and the Tramp” fashion spaghetti dinner with cheeky Italian music enjoying within the background.

For the grand finale, their couple lower into the Inn’s iconic pink champagne marriage ceremony cake, then settled in for the evening carrying the lodge’s floral print robes.

So cute, and SUCH idea for an adventurous elopement in California. Because of the workforce beneath for sharing!
